Fill the cup of oatmeal with your choice of milk. It is recommended to take 3/4 cup of milk for 1/4 cup of oatmeal. Stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes, cover it with a lid and refrigerate overnight (6-9 hrs works best). Consume it chilled the next morning when you are on-the-go. Oatmeal tastes best when chilled. If you’re short of time, just add hot milk and leave it for 15 minutes and your instant oatmeal is ready to consume.
